Bullhorn Review - CRM & ATS - The Goods and the Bads

Bullhorn Review

Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are the basis of the tech stack in any professional recruitment firm or staffing agency. Even Human Resource Departments within a company need an ATS or CRM to manage their hiring pipeline. Bearing this in mind, Tobu has come up with a “Tobu Reviews” series where our founders take an in-depth look at what the leading CRM and ATS providers have to offer to recruiters the world over. We are doing a Bullhorn Review in this article.

You can read our reviews on Zoho Recruit and Recruit CRM to compare these applications with Bullhorn CRM.(insert blog links to earlier reviews)

In this blog, we will be reviewing Bullhorn CRM.

Tobu’s Conclusion

Tobu is interested in evaluating ATS and CRMs since we work closely with professional recruitment agencies too. Our software ‘Tobu’ is an email resume extraction software that automatically extracts, parses, and classifies resumes into Tobu’s dashboard. It is the world’s first email resume extraction software. Check out our video demo to learn more.

Although Bullhorn is a really big name in the software and IT industry, Tobu’s experts came out with a mixed review for the Bullhorn CRM. It is certainly the first big software that was targeted primarily at recruitment agencies. The pros and cons don’t outweigh each other completely. Yes it is feature dense and has been around the longest, yet Tobu would recommend you weigh it not just based on their existing success or count of features but focus more on usability of key features if you choose to work on Bullhorn CRM.
